Meet Stephen

Hey, everyone! I’m Stephen, an experienced artist who has spent many years immersed in the world of painting, and I’m now taking my creative skills in a new direction here at Blackout Tattoo Academy.

For much of my career, I’ve been creating paintings for a living, and I even owned my own art gallery, where I shared my work and passion with others. While painting will always be a major part of who I am, I’ve recently decided to challenge myself by stepping into the tattoo industry. At the moment, I’m working on fake skin, learning the ropes, and experimenting with the use of colour in tattooing.

Tattooing offers a completely new canvas for me to explore, and I’m fascinated by how my understanding of colour and design translates to this different medium. Although I’m still in the process of learning and refining my techniques, I’m thoroughly enjoying the journey and the creative possibilities that come with it.

I’m not tattooing on real skin just yet, but I’m dedicated to mastering this new craft and can’t wait to start bringing my bold, colourful designs to life for clients in the near future.
